In her recently published memoir, “Only Say Good Things,” Crystal Hefner shared insights into her married life with Hugh Hefner who was 60 years older than her. The memoir covers their unconventional relationship from the early years of marriage till later stages of marriage.

In the memoir, Crystal Hefner revealed that her husband even after marriage consistently preferred group sex with other women, as Hefner’s health declined Crystal found herself more in the role of a caretaker and a nurse than a wife.

Crystal also revealed that when her husband’s medical health declined as he was unable to do anything and just rested she was relieved that she didn’t have to manage social outings, entertaining guests, and performances for her husband. Crystal also shared that her husband also needed assistance in doing basic daily tasks such as eating and going to the bathroom.

Since her husband’s health declined and was unable to be involved romantically with Crystal, she encountered a “Struggling Jazz Musician” named Diego and became friends with him, but gradually they became more than just friends, she expressed being with Diego was like breath of years after years living in a difficult environment

After a long break from her duties Crystal went on a vacation with Diego, upon her return she discovered Hefner’s health had taken a serious decline His last words before losing consciousness were reportedly, “I’m OK.”
