Amber Heard, renowned for her role as Mera in the Aquaman franchise, is set to experience reduced screen time in the upcoming sequel, “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.” This decision has ignited controversy, with speculations linking it to her harsh legal battle with her ex-husband Johnny Depp. Having played a pivotal role in the previous Aquaman movie, producers revealed that the film’s storyline took a new direction, resulting in a diminished character presence for Amber. In the sequel, Amber is expected to have less than 25 minutes of screen time, delivering only eleven lines throughout the entire film.
Reports suggest that Warner Bros Made last-minute adjustments to the film, including amber’s scene fighting with the New Villian Black manta and a romantic scene with the Aquaman.
