Doja Cat Faces Alleged Physical and Verbal Abuse from Brother, Mother Files for Restraining Order

American Rapper Doja Cat, the winner of the Grammy award is reported to be a victim of physical abuse from her elder brother Raman Dalithando Dlamini as per court documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop and Page Six.

Doja’s mother, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, requesting a permanent restraining order. While the court had previously granted Doja Cat a temporary restraining order, which expired in 2017,

She is now seeking a permanent one. In the documents, Sawyer accuses her son Raman of knocking out Doja’s teeth and physically assaulting her, resulting in cuts and bruises. The filing also mentions that Raman threatened her, causing her to feel unsafe and traumatized.

Another allegation against Raman is for stealing and Damaging Doja’s Possessions, she also mentioned Doja’s is been the victim of physical assault and abuse for the past year and the most recent incident occurred in Early January

The Court has granted Doja’s Mother Temporary Court Order to protect Doja From Raman, but a permanent restraining order is pending due to Doja Cat’s Not submitting the request by herself.

So Far Doja has yet to comment on this incident, Amidst the allegations Doja Cat has remained active on social media posting selfies and her tour updates seemingly acting unaffected by the incidents.
