According to Page Six, the photo seems to be taken at their residence at Los Angeles jst before they went for a romantic date at Funke in Beverly Hills.

The couple were last seen displaying affection in early January at Lori Harvey’s birthday party and before that for Hailey’s 27th Birthday.
