The “Queen of Rap” revealed that her choice to undergo breast reduction surgery stemmed from the discomfort and self-consciousness she felt while wearing a revealing Burberry outfit at the 2022 event.

Prior to the Gala, Minaj expressed concerns about the dress’s revealing nature, particularly its impact on her chest. “I loved the outfit, but these boobs are going to be spilling out,” she told  her team.

This experience, coupled with a growing sense of regret about past plastic surgery decisions, ultimately led Minaj to embrace her natural body. After the birth of her son, she started to regret of her choice of body alterations, changing her natural look

“I guarantee you, if you change anything on your body and do anything surgical, you’re going to – more than likely – look back one day and say, ‘I was fine just the way I was,’” Minaj shared during a podcast, encouraging others to carefully consider the implications of altering their bodies surgically.
