Griselda is a gritty crime thriller portraying the real-life experience of a lady Griselda Blanco who moved to Miami from Medellin to protect herself and her children after Murdering her Husband due to their differences who was also part of a drug-related gang.

In just six episodes the show captures the key moments of Blanco’s life, maintaining a fast-paced narrative, on Sofia Vergara’s appearance on The Graham Norton Show before the release of the Show, Vergara described the Show’s Story of a woman who came with no resources or a residence to Miami from Colombia to become one of the biggest drug dealers.

Transitioning into her comedic role in “Modern Family,” Vergara acting in “Griselda” movie has been widely praised by viewers, in her interviews she mentioned her difficulties of learning to smoke and do cocaine to portray her character in the show and her makeup transitions to resemble the Real Griselda and even took acting classes to perfectly act for the show.
